This Exquisite Australian Cabernet Sauvignon Was Matured For 24 Months In The Finest Oak Barriques To Develop A Fruit Rich, Complex Wine Which Is Perfectly Balanced. The Wine Has Been Held Back In Our Family’s Private Cellar To Allow For A Further Six Years Of Bottle Maturation For Optimum Enjoyment.
Fruit quality from the 2012 vintage was exceptional, with mild conditions right through the growing season providing excellent conditions for flavour development and ripeness without elevating sugar levels.
The red wines from this vintage where particularly robust with vibrant colours, fantastic rounded fruit and full tannins.
