Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc Pale straw yellow with green highlights Flattering nose with hints of tropical fruit, litchi and pineapple. Nice floral notes appear when agitated. Seductive, fine and elegant with lots of fruity aromas (citrus) and a long and refreshing aftertaste. To paired with seabass fillet rose with lobster coulis, gratin of salmon, sole and turbot – Best between 10°C and 12°C / 50°F and 54°F. Vegan Friendly.

Bright pale-yellow colour with green highlights. A complex nose featuring citrus and white fruit, with mineral and well-integrated oaky overtones. Powerful tropical fruit on the palate, a great balance and a long aftertaste. Varietal: 55% Semillon, 45% Sauvignon Blanc Food pairings: Sea Bass in a lobster coulis, salmon gratin, sole and turbot.
