Careful selection of the best grapes after a mechanical harvest. After destemming of the harvest, each varietal is vinified separately. Fermentation takes place at 24-28°C max with
selected yeasts. Post-fermentation maceration for the 3 grape varieties; We only use stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Ageing: 60% of the wine is aged in stainless steel
tanks and 40% in American and French oak barrels for 4 months before bottling.

Colour: deep ruby red with red garnet hues.
Nose: pronounced, with aromas of blackberries,
violets, smoky notes.
Palate: full bodied, well-balanced, opulent and
smooth, with silky tannins. Strong fruity character
with a sweet fruity sensation. Rich and robust with
a toasty finish.
Food & Wine Pairing: ideal served at 16/17 °C with
grilled red meats, Italian food, game, duck fillet or
with lamb stews.
Cellaring: 5 years.
