• The tea leaves are steeped in plum wine made without adding any flavorings,
colorings, or acidifiers.
• The tea leaves used are “Chiran Tea,” a brand of tea from Kagoshima. In 1938, it
was presented to the emperor of Japan. Of the “Chiran Tea” varieties, only
“Ichibancha” tea, which is made from the first buds picked during that year is used.
• This is a premium green tea plum wine, carefully extracted to capture the fresh
aroma and soft sweetness that only “Ichibancha” tea can offer.
