round and smooth with a medium plus acidity, notes of stone fruit, citrus, tart Moderate length
Acid combined with peach and melon flavor. Served with fish, seafood and Asian cuisine.
Grape growing is spread in vineyards in the best locations in Colchaqua Valley and is controlled by experts of our wine team. The yield in the vineyard is approximately 10-12 t / ha. The unique location of the Colchaqua Valley creates an ideal climate for the growth of grapes. Especially during the summer months (November-March), when the Pacific breeze and the wind from the Andes cool the vineyards and allow the grapes to ripen slowly, resulting in maximum fruit concentration.
