Made from a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, Château Marsyas Blanc is elegant with enticing aromas of honeysuckle, white peach and green apple. The oak ageing is well-integrated, adding complexity to the nose and palate. A crisp acidity cuts through the weight of the winemaking this extremely pleasurable and a great wine for pairing with dishes such as Pasta Primavera or Salmon in a Herb Butter sauce.
