The quintessential Italian white wine, Canaletto Pinot Grigio is crisp, aromatic and wonderfully complex. Light green in colour, it has a fruity bouquet typical of Pinot Grigio, it is surprisingly full-bodied on the palate with a floral fruit character. Good structure with a strong backbone of refreshing acidity.
Food Pairing: This is a totally flexible wine which marries well with a variety of dishes and is ideal as an aperitif. You would like to favour tomato-based menus to go along with this wine.
