One of the must party drink. Pale yellow colour. Very fruity (somewhat exotic fruit bit) and rice fruity aroma. Flavour is sweet with a good fruitiness, rice and bubbly.
A fully carbonated sake feels like – full body with strong booze and sweetness being masked by carbo with the bliss of fruity spicy ester came through. Very bubbly and dare I say, girly, but that feel-good champagne vibe makes it more receptive. Perfect party material! Brewed by Shirtaki Sake USA.
