A rounded and mellow rosé, with the fruit from the nose of fruity, with orange-led citrus and berry fruit balanced against richer cherry notes, complimented by a touch of buttery brioche.
The Rosé version of Piper’s ever-popular Brut non-vintage Champagne. Made by adding still red wine to their Brut NV finished blend at a ratio of around 3 to 1, the result is a deeply coloured, powerful and intense Rosé. Enjoy it on its own, or for a real “wow” moment, surprise your guests by serving with the food match that’s usually a secret for those only in the trade – fish and chips!
