The 18-year-old Bowmore was released in January 2007 to replace the 17-year-old which was recently released. Bowmore 18-year-old is taken good care in the finest oak cask and allowed to mature at its pace. It is one of the remarkable, perfectly balanced single malt scotch whiskies of Bowmore range. Rare and Limited but an infinity of enjoyment.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Creamy caramel toffee, with ripe fruit and smoke aromas
Palate: Incredibly complex, with beautiful soft fruit and chocolate balanced with a light smokiness
Finish: The long and wonderfully balanced finish
