I placed my order for 5 craft beers and realized that 2 of them was not what I ordered, and one of the wrong order was craft beer dated from 2020. I reached out to the WhatsApp customer support on 30th May 2022 and they told me they will retrieve the bottles and replace it because the 2 bottles that I ordered was out of stocks. On 31st May 2022, they picked up the 2 bottles of beers from me. As of today 10th June 2022, after 8 working days, I still didn't get my refund, but they have mark my order as completed on the website.I know sometimes things fall out of place and mistake happens, but at least have the courtesy to proactively let me know when I will received my refund, and not me keep chasing my money. This is my first time purchasing on this site, and it would probably be my last.

A nice authentic online liquor online store. Quite a fair range of sake, spirit, wines and beers available. Great place to search for less popular brands and types of alcohol. Prices are very competitive. While shopping for whisky, I bought a bottle of sake and long-time-no-see Mandarin orange peel cognac. Service is next day service. Very fast. Plus free gift included.Store can improve on increasing the popular range of alcohol. Delivery, while fast, is via third party courier. Concern is that the package was not sealed and could be easily opened/closed. In case of dispute, difficult to attribute liability. The container box can accidentally open & the precious eau de vie would go to the dogs. A strip of masking tape would minimize such exposures.

Such a good selection and choices of drinks but mostly pleased with the brilliant service! I ordered Thursday night, but failed to read they don’t deliver on weekends & public holiday (my fault!) so I contacted saying I needed it for Saturday night & they were so helpful and quick to reply and suggest a replacement bottle! Got it in time for my event AND they gave a complimentary bottle too! The replacement bottle was recommended by the manager himself and it was so good! Order was super easy. Next day delivery. Packaging was good with a lot of padding with the free gift. 4 star because in the text delivery was supposed to be between 3-5 but super efficient arrived at 2:45pm. Which was a bit inconvenience. But nevertheless is was all good. Will buy again.

Delivery is fast, the prices of offer items is very reasonable. I have personally visited the office in Sunway and find Jeremy, person in charge to be enthusiastic and visionary. I ordered the Glenfiddich 15 years and at RM248, it is a good buy. They even come with instructions how to check if the duty paid label is authentic. Kanpai as I understand is part of a group that distributes liquors to bars and supermarkets, so they can sell at quite competitive prices as they import the liquors themselves.
