Absolut Elyx is a true luxury vodka, built on the principles of quality, integrity and craftsmanship, manually distilled in a copper still. The result is an award-winning vodka with a rich and smooth mouthfeel. We call it liquid silk. Perfect for your martinis or even on the rocks. Every drop of Elyx is distilled from soft winter wheat, grown on one single estate in the south of Sweden. This means that every batch of Elyx is 100% traceable from the planting of the seed all the way through distillation and bottling. Full-bodied, luscious silky mouthfeel with waves of rich macadamia nuts, creamed cereal and garnishes of white chocolate and buttery notes of freshly baked bread. Light fresh nuttiness with a well-balanced hint of mellow spice and pure balanced richness.

Absolut Elyx is manually distilled in a 1921 copper rectification still known as Column 51, made entirely of copper. It is operated by a selected few who inherited their knowledge and expertise from past generations of spirit and vodka makers. Absolut textured vodka is a result of the single estate wheat, the manual operation and the old copper catalyzation process. The copper naturally catalyzes trace compounds in the spirit, purifying the vodka and adding a highly prized silky texture and taste. Absolut Elyx is often enjoyed on the rock, or with a whisper of dry vermouth in a classic Martini.
