Local Japanese wasabi and green tea are combined deftly with several varieties of herbal-character hops.
The flavor is bold, yet underpinned by a ‘quiet simplicity and subdued refinement.’

Brewed with Baird’s customary panache, Wabi Sabi is a Pale Ale with a piquant secret.
Pouring hazy pale amber beneath a small white head, the classical light malt and zingy hops bouquet also breathes astringent Japanese green tea, and the subtlest hint of horseradish with anearthy aromatic character is courtesy of wasabi.
