Solera 1847, Oloroso Dulce Sherry comes from the Gonzalez Byass Sherry specialist, using the finest quality grapes from vineyards owned by Gonzalez Byass in Spain`s Jerez Superior zone. It is a superior dark cream sherry aged for around nine years. Solera 1847 has a velvety palate, with concentrated sweet raisin and figs from the addition of Pedro Ximenez grapes.

A sweet sherry made with a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes and aged for eight to nine years to give a soft, fruity and rich wine.

Very sweet with a super thick texture. Appealing almonds/amaretto character. Subtle taste of figs.
