Brewed from hybrid rice known as ‘Asahi’ from the Okayama prefecture, this Junmai Ginjo has a flavour that results from the successful creation of the perfect rice for brewing the cleanest saké. Combined with Takahashi river basin spring water, which is famous for its purity, the result is an aromatic, delicately tasting and clean saké that is best consumed cooled or chilled.
