Viña Apaltagua located in a prestigious area in the Apalta Valley Cachapoal. Apaltagua history began in 1995, when the successful American businessman Edward Tutunzhan spent his holidays in Chile and just fell in love with the wine of the country. Having made the decision to invest in the Chilean wine industry, he bought his first vineyard in the prestigious Curico Valley. Pacifico Sur Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon
“Pacifico Sur” Reserva, Cabernet Sauvignon – dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the vineyard of 60 hectares, is located in Trikala, in the Curicó Valley. The vineyard is planted in an area with extreme weather conditions are ideal for the growth of vines, near the Pacific Ocean, after whom is named range wines “Pacifico Sur”. The Mediterranean climate favors the production of grapes with unique properties. Vinification is carried out in a traditional style with fermentation at a temperature of 28-30 ° C for seven days or more ten-day maceration.
