Maison Louis Jadot produces a firm and full-bodied Nuits Saint Georges 1er Cru “Damodes”, deeply coloured with matured red fruits and spices aromas. It will acquire a mellow depth and softness with bottle age and is a great partner for red wine sauces, marinated or roasted meat, game and medium tasting cheeses.
The «Les Damodes» vineyards are bordering the Premier Cru vineyard of Vosne Romanée,
at the northern edge of the Nuits Saint Georges appellation, just over “Les Boudots” vineyards.
