The nose has brooding layers of sweet, savoury and spice aromas. Raspberry, plum, liquorice, chocolate, cedar and black pepper notes to name a few.
Palate
This wine has a warm, inviting balanced palate, which is beautifully smooth. It tastes of rich, sweet raspberry fruits and the subtle toasty oak is complimentary to the chocolaty tannins.
LEONE SHIRAZ
The superb flavours and tannins are approachable now but will benefit from cellaring if desired. This wine can be enjoyed with chargrilled beef tenderloin or aged cheddar cheeses.
