Description: the wine is a bright ruby red
with a lively and persistent mousse. The
vinous bouquet is lightly fruity. On the
palate, it is fresh, well balanced, lively,
flavourful and of medium body.
Serving Suggestions: this wine can be served
throughout the meal, and is particularly
suited to Emilian pasta dishes.
Ideal Serving Temperature: 12-14 °C.
