I placed my order for 5 craft beers and realized... that 2 of them was not what I ordered, and one of the wrong order was craft beer dated from 2020. I reached out to the WhatsApp customer support on 30th May 2022 and they told me they will retrieve the bottles and replace it because the 2 bottles that I ordered was out of stocks. On 31st May 2022, they picked up the 2 bottles of beers from me. As of today 10th June 2022, after 8 working days, I still didn't get my refund, but they have mark my order as completed on the website.I know sometimes things fall out of place and mistake happens, but at least have the courtesy to proactively let me know when I will received my refund, and not me keep chasing my money. This is my first time purchasing on this site, and it would probably be my last.read more

Plus free gift included.Store can improve on increasing the popular range of alcohol. Delivery, while fast, is via third party courier. Concern is that the package was not sealed and could be easily opened/closed. In case of dispute, difficult to attribute liability. The container box can accidentally open & the precious eau de vie would go to the dogs. A strip of masking tape would minimize such exposures.read more
