Dassai 50 is a premium sake, made from rice that’s been milled down to 50%, water and koji mould. Clean, soft and subtle. Dassai can be enjoyed on its own or with a  meal of refined cuisine.

Rice: Yamada Nishiki

Rice-Polishing Ratio: 50%

Food Pairings: May pair with any and all cuisines

Tasting Notes: A refreshing, engaging, round flavour are what make the full-bodied Dassai 50 such a popular, well-known, and delicious sake to experts and consumers in Japan and overseas.  Excellent with food or alone, and delicious at all temperatures.  A Junmai Daiginjo is suitable for daily consumption for a very reasonable price.
