As de Picos is a complex dry gin, made by hand, in small and careful elaborations, with water from the Picos de Europa and botanicals distilled in the traditional Lebaniegas Alquitaras of this small company, whose pure distillates are extraordinary.

Among other things, the particular thing about said distillation is that it is very fine and aromatic, in fact, the origin of the Alquitaras is also found in the production of perfumery and medicine. And with that heritage we make this unique gin, the first with the local method and in small distillations at controlled and very slow temperatures.
